Membership orders use a short eligibility check rather than a separate application process. Checkout uses your FWA Customer Account for orders, invoices and billing. After the order, FWA verifies the relevant eligibility information and activates membership once verification and cleared payment are complete.

What this membership includes.

Annual FWA membership for qualifying licensed petroleum wholesalers, paid annually in full.

Membership includes

  • Licensed Wholesaler-level access to the FWA Member Portal
  • Member intelligence, practical resources and industry updates
  • One eligible short course every 90 days, with the first included course becoming available after 90 days of active membership
  • Assistance with the annual information submission and annual wholesale-licence fee process (official fees remain payable to the department; the member remains responsible for accurate information and on-time submission and payment)
  • 50% discount on qualifying LicenseCheck verification services
  • 20% discount on Petroleum Academy training programmes
  • FWA Licensed Wholesaler Member mark for qualifying Licensed members after FWA has reviewed the eligibility information required for that tier and activated the membership
  • 5% discount on qualifying FuelGuard products and testing kits
  • Member Referral Programme: 10% off the next FWA membership renewal for every new Licensed Wholesaler who joins using the member’s unique FWA referral code from the Member Portal, up to 100% of one renewal
  • Association representation and support within the approved membership scope
  • Membership period of 12 months from activation

FWA reviews the applicable petroleum wholesale licence and company information before activation. Membership remains subject to FWA’s membership rules and Code of Conduct.
