One ecosystem. Four distinct roles.
The Petroleum Integrity Ecosystem brings together specialised petroleum-sector platforms that support industry participation, confidential reporting, verification and future intelligence capabilities. Each platform has a defined role, governance boundary and purpose.
The ecosystem is a coordinated brand and capability architecture, not a claim that one platform performs the functions of another. FWA representation, Report Fuel case handling, LicenseCheck verification and PetroleumOS intelligence remain functionally distinct.
Clear responsibilities strengthen trust.
Users should always know which platform to use and what outcome that platform can legitimately provide.
Fuel Wholesalers Association
Industry representation, membership, education, professional development, regulatory engagement and resources for responsible petroleum wholesale participation.
Report Fuel™
A separate confidential reporting pathway for suspected petroleum-industry misconduct, with defined reporting, conflict-management and referral controls.
LicenseCheck™
Petroleum supplier, licence and depot verification supporting due diligence and better-informed commercial decisions.
PetroleumOS™
The future intelligence and analytics layer: designed to turn governed, appropriately aggregated petroleum-sector information into trends, risk intelligence and decision support.
Platform in development.
What each platform does — and does not do.
Clear boundaries protect credibility, procedural fairness and data governance.
FWA represents and supports
FWA supports industry participation, education and engagement. It is not a regulator and does not determine guilt in Report Fuel matters.
Report Fuel receives and assesses
Report Fuel receives confidential reports and may assess and refer information. It does not replace regulators, law enforcement or courts.
LicenseCheck verifies
LicenseCheck verifies defined information and records the scope and limitations of the review. Verification is not regulatory approval or a guarantee of future conduct.
PetroleumOS analyses
PetroleumOS is intended to identify governed trends and intelligence patterns. It will not convert raw allegations into public findings or bypass privacy and conflict controls.
Raw confidential Report Fuel case information is not a general ecosystem data feed. Any future intelligence use must follow applicable privacy, confidentiality, access-control, de-identification and governance requirements.
Industry participation. Reporting. Verification. Intelligence.
Four specialised capabilities, connected by common integrity principles and separated by clear operating boundaries.
