The Fuel Wholesalers Association (Pty) Ltd (“FWA”) is responsible for personal information processed through fuelwholesalers.co.za, the online store, Customer Account, membership processes and related FWA services.
Information collected
We may collect names, contact and organisation details, billing and transaction information, account and membership details, eligibility or credential information, documents submitted for verification or member services, support communications, IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies and login activity.
Purposes
We use information to create and manage accounts, process orders and invoices, assess membership or credential eligibility, activate Member Portal access, provide member and verification services, communicate with customers, maintain security, prevent fraud, keep required records and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
